Matteo is the founding mind of Costa Smeralda Events & Experiences and the strategic force behind every project. With over 15 years producing high-end events, advertising campaigns and brand activations across Italy and internationally, he has developed an instinct for what makes an event truly exceptional.
His role is to listen first. To understand what a client wants to feel, who their guests are, what should never be forgotten. Then to translate that vision into a precise creative and production plan — managing budget, suppliers, logistics and creative direction simultaneously.
Matteo is also the connector — between the client's ambition and what is operationally possible, between the three specialists on the team, between the event and the extraordinary setting that Costa Smeralda provides.

Leo is the reason we can do things others cannot. His knowledge of Costa Smeralda — built over years of on-the-ground work — is the foundation of our ability to access places, people and services that simply do not appear in any brochure.
He maintains an extensive private archive of locations: villas and estates that never appear publicly, hidden coves accessible only by boat, historic properties whose owners trust him personally. His relationships with local authorities, venue managers, hospitality operators and suppliers are what make the impossible happen.
On event day, Leo is always present — from the first supplier arrival to the moment the last guest leaves. He is the calm, decisive presence that ensures every detail matches the plan, and adapts flawlessly when the unexpected occurs.

Gonzalo Martínez
Gonzalo brings the dimension that no other event agency can offer. As one of Europe's most experienced drone show specialists — with over 1,000 urban performances and a technology partner holding 3 Guinness World Records — he designs and directs aerial light choreographies that transform the night sky into a canvas.
But his work goes beyond drones. Through architectural videomapping, he transforms buildings, facades and outdoor spaces into immersive visual experiences — merging art, technology and emotion into something guests have never seen before. The combination of drone show and videomapping, integrated into a single event, is one of the most spectacular experiences we can build.
Gonzalo manages everything from concept design and 3D animation to permit applications, technical rehearsals and live direction on the night. He is the person who, at the right moment, makes every event unforgettable.
